Derek currently works as an IT Analyst for a large family medicine department at a local medical school. With over 13 years of tech experience and a Microsoft Certified Professional, Derek is comfortable working with a variety of OS's including Windows 3.1- 7, OSX, and various flavors of Linux. His educational background is a BS degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
